Orders are sent via courier with tracking information. $100 insurance is included.

We aim for packages to be shipped within 1-2 business days, but please be aware that holidays, high order volumes, special requests, backorders, etc. can result in a delay shipping your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unopened/unused condition and returned at the buyers expense.
Clearance items, fabric, patterns and books are not eligible for return.
If we have made an error in your online order, please contact us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s). Once the item is received, we will send out the correct item at no additional charge.
