Quilters Cupboard is in a quaint little town called Uxbridge just 1 hour northeast of Toronto. A wonderful shop that introduced me to the world of quilting, the building doesn't look like any other quilt shop I've seen. On the outside it simply looks like a house but when you step inside it really feels like home. If you've been there just once you can expect to be greeted by name. The ladies who work there are very friendly and always willing and eager to help in any way they can. This shop oozes inspiration for any level of quilter. You are surrounded by beautiful samples on every scrap of wall as well as yards and yards of gorgeous fabrics including the best display of wools and pennyrug kits and supplies I have seen. Top it all off with a healthy selection of books, patterns and notions and this shop is definitely worth a stop if you are ever in the area.
